Oakdale v Linganore BBB CMC Championship

Tuesday’s CMC Boys’ Championship game pitted the Oakdale Bears against the Linganore Lancers. Oakdale had won both of their regular season games, and came out of the gate hot running off to an early 10 point lead. But Linganore didn’t panic, their shooters warmed up, and they worked their way back to go into halftime tied at 27. The second half was tight the whole way through, but the last five minutes were an exciting back and forth battle. When it comes down to it Linganore hit some key shots down the stretch and capitalized on some of Oakdale’s late game misses, to walk away with the 54-51 victory.
